A hidden gem

Stopping for one night in area. Wanted something local for dinner. We made an excellent choice. Cozy, appealing decor. I choose liver and onions, sweet potato slices and salad. Hugh amount of food, felt bad leaving half. My husband had pulled pork, corn pudding and slaw. We were both very pleased with our selections.

Two very small dining rooms that filled up fast. Many locals enjoying dinner. Highly recommended!

This was our first time dining here. And positively won’t be our last. What a wonderful experience!!! My husband had the prime rib. It was so tender, he could cut it with his fork. My meal, calves liver and onions was prepared the way I like it (rare). It also was fabulous and could be cut with my fork. What to say about the corn pudding. Oh my goodness!!! This is a must!!! Thank you to the owner and all of the staff. Keep up your hard work!!! It is greatly appreciated. 👍👍👍

Absolutely the best guest relations I have ever experienced. Never ever have I had a poor experience here over the years. Chef & Mike single handles serve the best f everything.

I had the St Louis Rack of Ribs! Oh my dear Lord, every bite gets better and better, no joke! Small of enough to know you large enough to feed hundreds!

Absolutely, highly recommend. The Prime Rib is like no other! It’s one of the best. Hurry, run,walk, get here for your dinners!
